Jun.K is a member of a popular boy band 2PM, debuting in 2008. Ever since he's shown much of passion and devotion to his music career, developing his skills as a singer and composer.

He has written his songs mostly to himself, or the other artists of the same company. Jun.K has also gained attention with his performances on KBS music show Immortal Song 2.

Jun.K is a singer-songwriter and entertainer under JYP Entertainment. He’s also the lead vocal of the boy band 2PM. Being born as Kim Junsu, in Daegu, South Korea in January 15th, 1988. Jun.K changed his real name to Kim Min Jun in October 2012.

Jun.K is known to have strong desire to aspire career in singing since very young age, participating on various competitions with his mother supporting strongly her son. Originally Jun.K was accepted on both JYP Entertainment and YG Entertainment, but chose JYP Entertainment as his final decision.

Jun.K debuted as a member of 2PM in 2008, and with his members he has grown to be multitalented entertainer, showing very promising skills and ambition in singing and song-writing. He has also gained attention with good performances on KBS’s music show Immortal Song 2, renditioning old hits into new form.

Jun.K debuted solo in October 2011 with a digital single Alive. His another solo release saw daylight in the form of Love... Goodbye which was featured on Korean drama I Love Lee Taeri’s OST.

Jun.K is known his strong passion on composing, by far writing songs to other singers of his company as well. He has composed 2PM’s HOT and Hanarete Itemo, Jang Wooyoung’s DJ GOT ME GOIN’ CRAZY and Baek Ayeon’s Always - in latter two he, himself, was featured on as well. Most of his works have been done with a co-operation of One Way members or Super Changgdai.

Hanarete Itemo, translating as Even If We Are Apart, has been written for the memory of his father, who passed away in January 2012.
