Formed in 2009 by four ex-DESTROSE members plus guitarist CHIBA, Mary's Blood play a stripped-down brand of power metal, free from cross-genre elements like electronic effects or death growls. In 2014, they became only the second "girls' metal" act to sign with a major label, releasing debut album Countdown to Evolution.
