SUI's solo project David will release a new concept single on April 13th.
Messiah -Kyuuyakushu- will kick off a new chapter of the project's works. Based around the theme of "messiah", the works under this concept will present a story that links together the Old Testament and the New Testament.
This first single is inspired by the Old Testament and the story of the Virgin Mary. A second single based around the New Testament and Jesus Christ is said to be on the way sometime
this summer.
Messiah -Kyuuyakushu- will be available in two editions. The deluxe edition will feature three songs: Jutaikokuchi, the title track and Rosario, and it will come with a bonus DVD featuring digest footage from David's January
23rd show at Takadanobaba CLUB PHASE. The regular edition will be CD-only, but it will add a fourth track titled Testament.
David has also announced a 5th anniversary one-man tour that will kick off in April. Details on the dates are available on this special site.
The full MV for Messiah can be viewed below. It features an appearance from Ashmaze bassist Яyu, who regularly participates in David's live performances and recordings as a "Joint Artist".
