Virtual 'DJ units'
UniChØrd and
Abyssmare will both release their first singles on July 12th.
These two acts are the newest additions to the "D4DJ" franchise's stable of 'DJ units': quartets of voice actresses who portray characters in the rhythm game "D4DJ Groovy Mix" and its assorted spin-offs.
UniChØrd's
Synchronicity will contain two songs (the title track and
DJ NANMO WAKARAN) that were digitally released on March 2nd, as well as the new song
Hajimari Beat. The unit is led by
Dual Alter World vocalist
Kotori Koiwai.
Likewise,
Get into the Abyssmare's title track and B-side
WINNER also both dropped digitally on March 2nd. The single's other B-side is entitled
I AM THE BEST.

May'n served as lyricist for all three songs.
On the same day, Bushiroad Music will also release
D4DJ Groovy Mix Cover Tracks vol.8, the latest collection of full-length versions of cover songs various DJ units have recorded for "D4DJ Groovy Mix". This eighth installment is the first to feature contributions from
UniChØrd and
Abyssmare.
