It was Friday night, and Ebisu Liquidroom, was packed to capacity by excited fans waiting expectantly for the start of DaizyStripper’s one-man tour final. The event was sold out, which proves this promising band's increasing popularity.

This special event commenced with an introduction of the band as the members came out onto the stage. The crowd cheered as the members took their positions, and the atmosphere in the venue heated up instantly as DaizyStripper performed Dearest, the third single they had released in June. Yu-giri, the vocalist, stepped up to centre stage and started waving his hands, an action that was quickly emulated by the audience, as he sang. The excitement was contagious, especially when Yu-giri shouted “Jump! Jump!" repeatedly. The audience immediately obeyed and jumped though the rather aggressive Baby Kingdom. Guitarists Nao and Mayu also stepped up to centre stage to lead the frenzy. Yu-giri shouted to crowd: "Thank you for coming to our final! Let us hear your voices!”

The intro for Juliet no Knife started, and all at once the venue became a sea of headbanging. Nao and Rei, the bassist, played facing each other, grinning and obviously enjoying themselves. Yu-giri expressed himself by making a sign of a cross. The next song, Jiteki Showtime, followed soon after. Yu-giri, with his rather high-pitched voice, aggressively cried out, “Give us your voices!!”

After these stormy numbers, a very jazzy Lyrical Night started with Yu-giri sensually dancing with a masked female dancer, giving the song a rather spicy touch. It was an unforgettable sight to see Yu-giri responding to the movements of the female dancer as if they were lovers. Next came Shirochou Ranbu~White Butterfly~ and Nao’s soothing guitar solo. This song was soon followed by the heavier songs endorphin and Black DROPPer.

"Come on! You guys can do better!" Yu-giri shouted, stirring up the crowd as he ran from one end of the stage to the other. In Dirty Brightness, fans simultaneously clapped to the beat alongside Rei’s bass solo. As for drummer Kazami, his drum solo extended to the famous Jackson Five song ABC, where Nao and a male dancer dressed as Michael Jackson grooved to the music.

Dandelion, their signature song, started with Kazami's soft piano playing and Yu-giri’s clear vocals. Towards the end of the intro, fans held their hands up along with Yu-giri, but as soon as the guitars, bass and drums blared, they immediately cheered and started to wave and jump to the beat. In the midst of the song, Yu-giri held the microphone out to the fans and afterward thanked them for singing along.

After Dandelion, Yu-giri asked people to raise their hands if it was their first time seeing DaizyStripper in concert. After the show of hands, Yu-giri continued, “For those first-timers I would like to introduce ourselves.” Introducing himself first, Yu-giri began: “I am Yu-giri, the vocalist.” There was a loud cheer and everyone called out his name. Then, it was Nao's turn. Nao talked about how quickly the time passed and now that the tour has ended, he surprised his fellow band mates as he produced a letter of apology to each member of what he did to them in secret during the tour. His confession filled the venue with laughter.

Then Mayu, leader of DaizyStripper, expressed his feelings using 'yojijyukugo' (four character idiomatic compounds) in a quite serious manner. Right after was Rei's turn, whom Yu-giri introduced as the bassist who likes to strip. It made everyone laugh and incited shouts of “take it off!” from the excited audience. In an offhand, teasing manner, Rei went up to centre stage and started to do a mock-striptease. The lighting complemented his actions as pink light cascaded over the stage and mood music played. Finally, drummer Kazami came up and thanked the fans with poetic words: "Everyone looks like beautiful flowers blooming." It earned a very loud, appreciative applause. Then the performance resumed with the words, “For all of you here, please listen to our new song, Nanairo no Hanataba wo.”

A bright spectrum of colours lit the stage, complementing the song they were performing as Nanairo literally means 'seven colours.' At this point, fans were clapping softly to the melody. In the next song, Farewell Line, fans followed Yu-giri as he waved his hands in the air to the melody. Then, after the popular Hoshizora to kimi no te, Yu-giri paused to do a short MC.

“Today feels so good. I like this season. Around this season, a red flower called the 'higanbana' (spider lily) blooms. It is a beautiful and resilient flower and reminds me so much of my grandmother who loved me very much. I would like to dedicate this song to her. Please enjoy Akanezora ni saku.” The song started with a very beautiful, warm orange light flooding the stage. Mayu’s acoustic guitar echoed throughout the venue. Yu-Giri sang passionately, and one could easily feel the all the emotions that he had poured into this song.

“The love you all have given us will always be in our hearts, and to show you our appreciation, we will continue to make music. I would like to take this time to say thank you to our staff, to the people who contributed to us, and of course to all our fans. Thank you! Let’s become one!”

After this brief MC from Yu-Giri, the intro for TRUTH began, and the venue was engulfed in an air of excitement once again. During MR.UNCHAIN, a very hard rock number, the fans started headbanging and pumping their fists into the air. At one point, Yu-giri was heard calling out to fans: “Don’t rest your hands! Fists up!” The reply was a cheer and even more dedicated fist-pumping. The audience waved their hands back and forth, bouncing along to Little Ballerina and cheering as Nao performed his guitar solo. Colourful, rainbow lighting flooded the stage once more, and at the end of the song, the fans held both their arms to the members in a gesture of welcome and love.

“Let’s set the crown on this live!" Yu-giri cried out as he warmed up the audience for the final song. The audience murmured in response and there was tension in the air that was a mixture of excitement and dread. Kazami beat out a rhythm that the audience clapped along to, while Yu-giri stood at centre stage and shouted, "Guys, yell! Girls yell!" The crowd was more than happy to oblige.

“Let’s become one, last song!! decade!” The audience began to sway and dance to the music while the band members ran enthusiastically around the stage, grinning excitedly at the high level of energy everyone was generating. Mayu went up to the centre and played an impressive and mind-blowing solo that left the crowd breathless. After the song ended, the band left the stage, waving to the crowd.

Not long after, the members returned and performed their first encore, SMILE WORLD. Before Yu-giri sang, he announced, “One of the reasons why I started the band is to see all of your smiles.” He gave the audience a bright grin and the music immediately started. This ballad started with gentle piano playing by Kazami. Yu-giri sang softly, in a sweet, somewhat innocent way. At this point, the mood was a precious and intimate one. It was definitely a song everyone in that venue savoured.

At the end of of SMILE WORLD, the members once again left the stage but returned soon thereafter, wearing their tour T-shirts. Yu-giri made an announcement about a service that provided visual kei footage that can be downloaded and burned directly onto DVD called the 'DVD Toaster.' He also told everyone about the release of their new mini-album, due out in November. In addition, Yu-giri gave details about their upcoming one-man show at Akasaka BLITZ on December 13. This final piece of news was received heartily by the crowd with loud, rapturous applause and cheer.

The song they played after this was a new song from their upcoming mini-album titled Shikisai Vivid. As soon as the song started, a shower of confetti fell upon the audience, glittering under the rainbow lighting. Excited and enthralled, fans cheered and raised their arms into the air as they enjoyed the performance before them.

Right before the final encore, Yu-giri cried out: “This is really going to be the final song! Are you guys ready? Can you guys give us all you've got? To our beloved fans, Dearest!!!” Once again lights flashed across the stage, fitting the name of their tour, Beauty Brightness. This song ended with Yu-giri shouting, “I really really love you all!!!” He looked moved by the incredible atmosphere he was in, and especially by the fans that were calling out to him and the rest of the band.

At the end of this amazing performance, the members hugged each other and waved to the cheering audience, reveling in the afterglow of the live. Finally, the member held hands and jumped on the count of five with the fans. Yu-giri, without his microphone, shouted his thanks as he left the stage.
