Sabbat, which formed in the 80's, has gained considerate amount of respect in metal circles with their music; black metal often mixed with a thrash sound, which they play in the spirit of Venom and Bathory.
Although favoring a primitively brutal style, they have several interesting quirks, such as the national barrier breaking Harmageddon series, the ongoing limited collector's edition vinyl releases, and the song The Dwelling - The Melody Of The Death Mask, that lasts for around 60 minutes.
