Famous for their varied style of rock, Lubis Cadir was formed already back in 1998, but they had to wait until the 00's to actively release their music. In addition to their early demo tapes, the band has released three minialbums under the visual kei record company Matina, which is well-known in Japanese indie circles.
Lubis Cadir, like some other bands, deceased their activities in 2002 when Matina went out of business. The vocalist KYOYA and the guitarist Yuusuke founded the next year the contemporary 12012, in which they are known as Miyawaki Wataru and Suga Yuusuke. Firstly, 12012 was under Under Code Productions record company, which was the follower of Matina and that way a natural continuum to the newly-formed band. Later they got the chance to move to Universal Music Japan record company.
