G-Dragon, born Kwon Ji-Yong, is a South Korean hip-hop singer, best known as one of the members of the boy group Big Bang, formed by YG Entertainment in 2006. G-Dragon released his first solo album Heartbreaker in August 2009, which became one of the best-selling albums of that year.
