Luzmelt was a young visual kei band that quickly gained attention overseas due to performances in the United States and Europe.

The band's music was the typical visual kei mixture of rock with some hints of metal and electronic pop sounds, combined with deep, exaggerated vocals. According to their label, they represented “the darkness, and the light sought after by people who have lost their hearts."

They disbanded in February 2012.
