Symphonic power metal band SKYWINGS was founded in 2003 by I-LA and TAKASHI. Noted for their neoclassical playing style, the members make heavy use of Christian imagery in their lyrics and album artwork. In July 2014, frontman TAKUYA parted ways with SKYWINGS and I-LA took over vocal duties.
