Haruka is a singer-songwriter and rock guitarist who debuted in 2008 on major label PONY CANYON. Despite her debut single Mune ni kibou wo featuring as the opening theme for anime series "Blue Dragon", she soon withdrew from the music industry.
Five years later, she returned, establishing her own label CLUB DISORDER. Her debut album Anthems followed in October 2014, the same month in which Haruka made her European debut at Mondocon in Budapest, Hungary.
The rock guitarist and singer-songwriter Haruka sat down with JaME to talk about her new album "Unite!", the purpose of her songs as well as opportunities for independent Japanese artists.
