Heavy metal band Disqualia formed in Tokyo in August 2015. The band's founders include veteran singer IBUKI and two members of "girls' metal" pioneers DESTROSE. They made their debut in December 2015, and prior to their hiatus, were a regular fixture at FLYING CAT's biannual women-only live event WOMEN'S POWER.
