NeoBallad

NeoBallad was formed in April 2012, and it consists of drummer and composer Kamiryo Wataru and vocalist Wakasa Sachi. The duo create a new interpretation of traditional Japanese folk songs, or "minyou", from all over Japan, and they also blend the old songs with electronic music.

This unique mixture of folk songs and pop music allowed NeoBallad to venture to Europe for the first time in November 2016, where they performed at HYPER JAPAN in London, UK. In July 2017, the duo returned to Europe for Japan Expo, a convention held in Paris, France.
