Hiroshi Kitadani is a veteran solo singer best known for performing theme songs for the popular anime series “One Piece”, including the long-running series’ very first opening We are!. Other big franchises he's contributed to include “Kamen Rider Ryuki” and “Yu-Gi-Oh! GX”. He has also been tasked with writing songs for numerous other artists over the years.
Kitadani made his first major debut in 1994, as part of rock trio Stagger. He made his major debut as a solo artist in 1999 with We are!, and he has also been a member of anison supergroup JAM Project since 2002. He has performed shows all over the world, both solo and with JAM Project. In addition to his powerful voice and cheerful, enthusiastic stage persona, Kitadani is well-known for his flashy, ever-changing hairstyles and passion for cooking.
