Visual enka group Mogamizakura Zensen is an indirect continuation of Mogamizakura Gekijou. The trio debuted in 2020 and consists of visual enka singers Hanamizakura Kouki (Kouki from D=OUT), Miyoshi Seiji (Seth from Moi Dix Mois), and Mogamizakura Tsukasa (TSUKASA from THE MICRO HEAD 4N'S).
