While MADARA didn't break the mold for a typical visual kei scene, the band had a steady fan base and a consistent gloomy theme which was present in their songs, style and visuals.
Unfortunately, like many visual kei indie bands they were prone to a premature disbanding and broke up after only three years. However, in this short timeframe, they did manage to release many CDs.
