New faces on the music scene.
As with every year, the Korean music market welcomes quite a number of debuts and 2011 was no exception. It has been announced that three new bands will debut before the end of 2011.
Jungle Entertainment, known for managing artists such as Drunken Tiger, Yoon Mi-rae and LeeSSang will present their newest hip-hop group, M.I.B (Most Incredible Busters) this month. The quartet will debut on October 25th with their full-length album. Prior to the debut a solo song by every member will be released, with 5Zic as the first one. The band will also appear at Mnet’s M!Countdown on October 20th where they will give their debut performance.
Five-member boyband N:SONIC are also planning to debut. After their initial attempts in August, the group will finally debut this month. They already released a music video for the song Superboy on October 5th and promotions will soon follow.
Meanwhile, The Boss’s labelmates, X-5 are gearing up for their comeback. The band debuted in April with the song Don’t Put On An Act and are currently preparing for a comeback and a new release which should hit stores this autumn. However no more information has been revealed yet.
