MYNAME Signs Japanese Contract

MYNAME has signed a major contract with Yoshimoto Kogyo. They are expected to make their Japanese debut in July.

The Korean boyband MYNAME announced they’ve signed a contract with Yoshimoto Kogyo. They are the first Korean artists to sign a contract with this major Japanese entertainment conglomerate.

MYNAME are expected to make their Japanese debut in July. Since they are debuting under an influential company with 100 years of history, expectations are high. For their debut they are planning large scale promotions. According to a representative of H2 Media, the company welcomed them kindly and showed deep interest in the group. The chairman even visited their recording room to encourage them and show his support for the members.

MYNAME will also be making their Korean comeback. On May 21, they will be releasing a teaser of their music video for their first single.
