Instrumental jazz-rock trio mouse on the keys will release a new album on May 23rd.
tres will be their first full-length album in about three years, following 2015's the flowers of romance. It will feature 10 tracks, including new versions of The Prophecy and Dark Lights.
The album will also feature a number of guest musicians. The songs Stars Down and Pulse will feature Canadian soul singer Dominique Fils-Aimé, while Shapeless Man will feature Jordan Dreyer of American post-hardcore band La Dispute. Guitarist Mario Camarena of American math rock band CHON appears on the song Time, which will be released as a preceding digital single on April 18th.
Distribution of the album in North America and Europe will be handled by the American label Topshelf Records, who also released their mini-album Out of Body overseas in 2017.
