Pop singer/rapper DAOKO will release a new album on December 12th.
Titled Shiteki ryokou, it will be available in two editions. Both will feature ten tracks, but the limited edition will add a bonus DVD with the music video for DAOKO's September digital single Owaranai sekai de, which was chosen as the theme for the action RPG game "Dragalia Lost", as well as making-of footage and a special session between DAOKO and Takeshi Kobayashi, who composed, arranged and produced the track.
Other tracks featured on the release will include Sunny Boy Rainy Girl, which was composed by Yoshiki Mizuno from Ikimono-gakari and arranged by TAKU INOUE, and NICE TRIP, which was composed, produced and arranged by Masayuki Nakano from BOOM BOOM SATELLITES. The album will also feature a solo version of her hit collaboration with Kenshi Yonezu, Uchiage hanabi.
Another "Dragalia Lost" tie-up song featured on the release, Bokura no Network, was written, arranged and produced by CAPSULE's Yasutaka Nakata. It is the only track on the album aside from Uchiage hanabi that DAOKO did not write the lyrics for.
The video for Bokura no Network can be viewed below. The song has also been released as a preceding digital single, and it is already available for streaming via Spotify and Apple Music.
