Rock band THURSDAY'S YOUTH have announced that their bassist Yuuki Suda will be ending his activities with the group next month.
Suda's last live with the band will be their acoustic one-man at Shibuya LOFT HEAVEN on October 6th.
The event is being held to commemorate the release of their second crowdfunded mini-album Anachronism Pt. 2, which will become available for download and streaming on September 28th. After the LOFT HEAVEN show, THURSDAY'S YOUTH will continue
performing with a support member.
In a comment on Twitter, Suda explained that he is leaving because he feels that he has reached the limit of what he can do as a member of THURSDAY'S YOUTH. He
wrote that he is thankful for all of the wonderful experiences he has had with both THURSDAY'S YOUTH and the members' previous band Suck a Stew Dry, and that even if the fans come to dislike him for this decision, he hopes they will not
hate the band.
Suda originally joined Suck a Stew Dry in 2013. The members changed their name to THURSDAY'S YOUTH in 2017 following a brief hiatus after the departure of one of their three guitarists at the end of the previous year. Sudaalso
started playing bass in a new band called CHRONICITYin 2018.
