DracoVirgo, the latest musical venture of ex-HIGH and MIGHTY COLOR members MAAKII, mACKAz and SASSY, will release its first full album on January 15th.
Opportunity will be a two-disc release. The first CD will contain 12 tracks. These will include five new songs and previously released tracks like their debut song KAIBUTSU, their theme for the anime series "Arifureta shokugyou de sekai saikyou" Hajime no uta, and
Seiren naru Heretics, a collaboration with Kegani that was used as the theme for the "The Heretic Salem" episode of the mobile game “Fate/Grand Order Epic of Remnant".
One of the album's new tracks, RYUKYU, is said to be influenced
by popular songs from the Ryukyu Islands and Okinawa, taking the members back to their roots. To line up with this, the song also features guest appearances from their ex-HIGH and MIGHTY COLOR bandmates Yuusuke, MEG and
Kazuto. Yuusuke also contributed guest vocals to ABRACADABRA, a B-side from the Hajime no uta single that will also be featured on the album.
The second disc will also contain 12 tracks, including various remixes and instrumentals.
The MV for Hajime no uta can be viewed below, followed by live footage of magma from a show in January where Yuusuke joined them as a guest vocalist.
