Shoegaze band COALTAR OF THE DEEPERS will release a new self-cover album on January 27th.
REVENGE OF THE VISITORS is a remake of the band's 1994 eight-track debut album THE VISITORS FROM DEEPSPACE. For the re-recording, co-founders NARASAKI and KANNO reunited with bassist nagasawa and guitarists negishi and takatori. For this album, COALTAR OF THE DEEPERS covered The Cure's own 2006 update of their 1978 song Killing An Arab, entitled Killing Another.
REVENGE OF THE VISITORS will be available overseas on vinyl and cassette via Needlejuice Records.
