Rapper shaka bose will release a new digital EP on August 11th.
RYO will contain six tracks, including the previously released digital singles loess and piro piro mo ai feat OKBOY & Dogwoods, as well as a new collaboration with his longtime friend Kaine dot Co titled God Field. This is not their first musical collaboration, as
Kaine dot Co was one of the three artists featured on shaka bose's 2018 song Black Hole.
In contrast to his 2020 EP NAGOMI, which is said to feature tracks with a feeling of flying all the way into space, this EP's songs are said to have their feet buried firmly in the earth.
The artwork for the release was created by Ryu Nishiyama, who has handled the visuals for number of shaka bose's recent works, including NAGOMI.
