Help Me Plyz, a rock band fronted by rapper TYOSiN, released a new digital single today.
0⇨1 ("zeroichi") is the band's first new release since their self-titled debut album, which hit digital platforms in March. The single features three tracks:
Zeroichi, No Limit and Kapera no hikari. The songs were composed, arranged, mixed and mastered by guitarist Joseph Gen, with lyrics by TYOSiN.
Links to download and stream the single on various digital platforms are available here.
The release was announced suddenly, as the band wished for fans to hear the new songs before their upcoming performance at BLOCK's 6th anniversary show, which will be held at clubasia on August 28th.
BLOCK is a popular event series that TYOSiN and his longtime friend NevalOne started together. Help Me Plyz played their debut show at a BLOCK event held in April.
Performers scheduled to appear at the 6th anniversary show include rappers such as Jin Dogg and ralph and a number of DJs, including FUJI TRILL and CHARI.
A teaser for the single is available on Twitter, and footage of Help Me Plyz performing a band arrangement of TYOSiN's song Kikuichimonji at an event held at WALL & WALL this July can be viewed below:
