After announcing a Japanese release for
Rainism,
Rain's 5th album, it was given an Asia-wde relase on December 29th. The Asian Edition of the album was released in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Philippines, and later on Thailand, China and Japan.
The Asian edition comes with the English versions of the songs
Rainism and
Love Story. The Chinese edition also comes with these songs recorded in Chinese and the version to be released in Japan, with the Japanese version of the songs.
Warner Music is responsible for its distribution in Chinese-speaking countries, Pony Canyon in Japan and GMM Grammy in English-speaking countries.
Also, next year,
Rain will hold a concert in Shanghai, China.
