Nam Gyuri will be leaving girl group SeeYa. She wishes to pursue an acting career, but she will not be able to do so unscathed - she still has two years left of her contract with Core Contents Media, and leaving SeeYa now will come with legal consequences.
Despite losing one of their members, and having the preparation of their fourth album pushed back because of it, SeeYa will remain both active and a trio, with the addition of a new member to take Nam Gyuri's place shortly. It has been rumoured that the new member will be Ji Yeon, from another group called T-Ara, but this has not been confirmed.
