Singer Younha recently released her tenth single in Japan. The singer, who debuted in Japan five years ago, is promoting the new single Sukinanda, which was simultaneously released in Korea and in Japan on November 18.
The single carries two tracks, both co-written by Younha, including the title song Sukinanda, and Sunday. The singer said the title track is about her own story, while Sunday, a modern rock-style tune, contains lyrics about complimenting and consoling oneself when you cannot be with the one you love.
The 21-year-old singer is nicknamed the "Oricon comet" for her success as a J-POP singer. She has released nine singles and two albums in Japan, some of which were featured in Japanese TV dramas.
