Pop star Amuro Namie will be releasing a collaboration best-of album called Checkmate!. The release was originally planned for March, but due to the Tohoku area earthquake, it has been postponed to April 27th.
The album will feature collaborations with artists such as Yamashita Tomohisa, AI, Tsuchiya Anna, Heartsdales, m-flo and many more popular artists. The album also contains four previousy unreleased collaborations with special guests, adding up to a total of 13 tracks. The limited edition of the album will come with a DVD featuring seven music videos.
