A few weeks ago pop singer Fukui Mai announced the release of single Yakusoku no basho, the latest theme song of the upcoming video game "FINAL FANTASY XIII-2", for November 23rd. Now the singer is planning the release of mini-album for December 14th.
Although the release is currently untitled, it is known that it will feature six tracks in total, including her singles Ikutabi no sakura, Yakusoku no basho and an acoustic version of Ai no uta. The album will be available as regular CD-only and limited CD+DVD version. The DVD will feature the music videos of Ikutabi no sakura and Ai no uta as well as a new "FINAL FANTASY XIII-2" promotional video. The first press bonus is a special download code for the game.
Furthermore, some more information about her upcoming single has been revelead. Both versions will feature four tracks in total: the title track Yakusoku no basho, the B-side Tatta hitori no mikata and the instrumental version of both songs. The limited edition will come with a DVD featuring the music video for Yakusoku no basho and a game trailer from Tokyo Game Show. The download code which accompanies first press editions enables you to acces special accessoires for Tifa in "FINAL FANTASY XIII-2". The limited version will come with a transparent jacket card featuing the character Lightning.
